LEADS LITE

Develop Your Leadership Skills,
Right Where You Are

Can’t get away to a live LEADS Learning Series*?

LEADS LITE is a new webinar series that delivers powerful leadership development for health leaders like you, right where you are.

You’ll join a small group of community and primary health care leaders online in a series of five 90-minute, interactive webinars based on the LEADS Learning Series where you’ll:
  • Learn to apply the LEADS leadership framework to you and your work
  • Drill down on key lessons and walk away with concrete concepts and tools
  • Enhance your learning with laser-focused follow-up exercises in between webinars (plan to commit 1 hour/week).
  • Access the knowledge, wisdom, and experience of the full cohort in a moderated online Community for Practice
Through LEADS LITE you'll get meaningful personal leadership development – with no travel, no time out of the office, and no previous LEADS experience required.

You’ll learn to understand and apply key leadership skills, behaviours, abilities, and knowledge in real work situations.
