THE LEADS LEARNING SERIES

Join A Collaborative Network of Leaders

The LEADS Learning Series is a unique opportunity to build your capacity, extend your impact, and prepare for a leading role in the future of community and primary health care.

Developed at Royal Roads University in 2006, LEADS is a Canadian innovation that has been endorsed and integrated in health organizations, authorities and systems across Canada and is drawing international attention. Covering both the individual and organizational leadership landscape, the LEADS framework represents the key skills, abilities, and knowledge required to lead at all levels of an organization.

LeaderShift’s customized LEADS program includes special access to an online leadership assessment and kickoff webinar before the LEADS Learning Series begins, as well as a free 5-year membership to our moderated online Community for Practice after you graduate.

This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills, advance your organization and career, and position yourself to lead the way in transforming the healthcare system.
