Webinar #2: How to Have Difficult Conversations Want to approach difficult conversations with confidence and ease? In this live, interactive online workshop, you’ll learn:
How to have difficult but purposeful conversations with staff and colleagues
How to possess the mindset required to courageously and deliberately approach tough conversations
How to be self-reflective enough to recognize and shed ourselves of preconceived "stories" before approaching a tough conversation
We have limited participants to provide an interactive, workshop-style format. We will be capping registration on our webinars to keep engagement as high as possible in these small groups. Eligibility criteria includes:
